L’atelier d’information et communication sur le communiqué conjoint et son Addendum en vue de lutter contre les violences liées aux conflits organisé par le cabinet du Président de la République, à travers le bureau de la conseillère spéciale du chef de l’État en charge de la jeunesse et violences faites à la femme l’appui financier de l’ONU Femmes, à Kisangani a été clôturé ce mardi 27 septembre 2022.
Il était question au cours de ces assises qui se sont déroulées pendant deux jours, soit du lundi 26 au mardi 27 septembre courant, d’informer et former des responsables provinciaux des services étatiques, des acteurs de la justice, des officiers des Fardc et de la Pnc et autres sur le communiqué conjoint et son Addendum afin d’identifier les actions qui doivent être menées pour qu’au mois de décembre prochain, la RDC puisse avoir des éléments argumentaires nécessaires afin de demander aux Nations-Unies de délister notre pays de la liste noure. Madame Marie-Antoinette Saya qui a abordé cette thématique a précisé que ce délistement permettra à la RDC de pouvoir jouer son rôle des Fardc à travers l’Afrique comme le font d’autres forces armées.
Le président de l’assemblée provinciale de la Tshopo Gilbert Bokungu qui a clôturé ces assises a, après avoir rendu hommage au Président de la République Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo pour ses efforts consentis pour aménager le social de son peuple, félicité l’ONU Femmes et le gouvernement de la République ainsi que tous les partenaires techniques pour l’organisation de cet atelier dans la province de la Tshopo. Il a, par la même occasion, remercié les participants pour leur assiduité.
Toutefois, le speaker de l’organe délibérant de la Tshopo a émis le vœu de voir les participants adapter toutes actions qui ont été passées en revue pendant les deux jours par rapport au communiqué conjoint et son Addendum quant aux violences sexuelles basées sur le genre.

En suite, s’en est suivi une série d’exposés, dont la présentation du mandat, des réalisations et perspectives par Mme Saya, la présentation du processus d’engagement du communiqué conjoint et de son Addendum et le troisième exposé sur le rôle de parties prenantes
Le deuxième jour a été marqué par deux moments forts. D’abord l’exposé de l’assistante du bureau de la conseillère spéciale du chef de l’État, Mme. Marie-Antoinette Saya qui a parlé de l’État de mise en œuvre du communiqué conjoint et son Addendum, la ligne verte par rapport à sa mise en place, les objectifs poursuivis et la situation actuelle et défis en RDC.
Le deuxième moment était les travaux en carrefour ainsi que la mise en commun sur les défis et la réalisation des actions prioritaires.
Un rapport global a été présenté avant le mot de clôture du président de l’Assemblée provincial.
Pour leur part, les participants ont eu des mots justes pour remercier les organisateurs de cet atelier, tout en formulant des recommandations par rapport aux défis évoqués dans les différents carrefours constitués suivant les secteurs.
